Our relationship with Ryan Brodie began in April 2015 after purchasing our property in Rancho Mirage moving from Palm Springs, CA. Our home was formerly owned by Partner and part former owner of Palm Springs BMW Jerry Johnson along with 26 other car dealerships purchased by Indigo and Todd Blue from Jerry, his partner Gene Wisemen, and the Frank Hickingbotham.
Jerry Johnson mentioned to us he used Ryan for their dealerships but that Ryan as well is known for residential projects. Ryan was featured in Palms Spring Life for an outside BBQ he completed. Upon Jerry’s recommendation as an interior designer, myself and my partner decided to use Ryan for our Rancho Mirage remodel project. From the initial commencement of our relationship with Ryan there was an open line of communication creating a smooth transition for a well-balanced contractor-client relationship working well together as Ryan and myself designed our project together.We very much appreciate Ryan’s dedication and attention to detail to the project. I had the opportunity to hire Ryan as a Superintendent for PBG. Ryan was tasked at a project out in Palm Springs (Rancho Mirage) for a very demanding Client.
Ryan’s professionalism and eye for detail were a critical part on completing various detailed columns in an occupied space. Ryan took it upon himself to work hand in had with various subcontractors as well as the architect to ensure all items were accounted for and done in a timely manner.
